Once you are ready to apply, follow the steps below:
1-Fill out the application form: Before filling out the application form, you have to decide on and determine your level of study (e.g. B.A., M.A., Ph.D) as well as your choice of program(e.g. Fine arts, Crafts, Architecture, Tourism, etc.)
2-Prepare all necessary documents including:
-Previous academic records, certificates, and diplomas translated first into English and if necessary into Persian (sealed and signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Science of their country or the Embassy of I.R.I in your country)
- Course transcripts translated first into English and if necessary into Persian (sealed and signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Science of their country)
- passport photo in 600*800 dpi and less than 100 kb
- A personal photo
- Completed General Application Form: carefully provide all the necessary information to submit your application.
2- Refer to http://old.saorg.ir:8081/Application.php to create a user account and upload your documents. Please fill out the form precisely and insert the title of the university as the Art University of Isfahan.
3. Once you have saved and submitted the form successfully, you will receive a message and a tracking code. Please Send the received code to oisc@aui.ac.ir and wait for a reply.
The admission committee reviews the applications and documents at the Admissions Office of each faculty. If your application is confirmed, you will be informed and will receive the admission letter.
4-Final registration and issuing of student number
After receiving your visa, you must attend the university to submit all the documents in hard copy format and pay the tuition. A student card will be issued for you.
Some factors should be taken into consideration by dear applicants while applying
-Applicant should personally submit his/her educational records before the application deadlines.
-Some departments may need additional requirements such as a picture of artwork and an artistic portfolio as the resume.
- For Ph.D. applicants should submit their proposal, the research area, two reference letters, supervisor availability, funding availability and etc.
